Please read the following before you arrive:
- Please show up 10 minutes early to the class or team practice you want to attend. Our classes and team practices are listed on our Schedule page on our website. When you arrive, please let the front desk staff know you wish to compete for Team Arena.
- The front desk staff will then notify the appropriate Coach and you will be evaluated during class and / or a team practice.
- If you wish to buy Training Gear while you are here, we offer great equipment at great prices.
