This Friday Epic Fighting will be a special event hosting the Tahitian MMA fighters against local opponents. We have a long history of having the Tahitians fighting and representing the Arena so we will once again stand shoulder to shoulder with them! We also have 4 of our amateurs on the card and there will be fireworks! Get your tickets and come watch fights at the 4 Points Sheraton on Aero Dr.

So next week we have a special Epic: Tahiti versus the USA. We have a long history with Tahitian fighters that have come to America and fought with The Arena, so a lot of those fighters now have moved on and become professional fighters.
MMA was illegal in Tahiti, so when I met Raihere Dudes, and Tamahau McComb, and all those guys, they came here and they had no opportunity to fight, so we welcomed them in. They’ve always been good training partners and good teammates. And now they’re teaching and their students are now coming here to fight, so we’re doing Epic: Tahiti versus USA.
And then of course, The Arena’s providing four extra fighters. So we have Anthony Orozco fighting again. He’s 2-0. Bobby Winther fighting again. He’s 2-0, and then two debuters, Pierre Battermann and Josh Hoda, so we’ll be there en masse. I think it’s 16 fights, 12 Tahitians, 4 fighters from The Arena, so it should be a good card.
