Chris Cope, fighter out of The Arena, the top MMA Gym in San Diego, will be starring in the premiere of The Ultimate Fighter reality show airing Wednesday March 30th. The show is anticipated to attract a huge viewer base, due in large part to Brock Lesnar being one of the 2 main coaches along with fellow UFC Heavyweight Junior Dos Santos.
Also selected for the show as a contestant was one of The Arena’s Wrestling Coaches Myles Jury. Additionally, Arena Strength and Conditioing Coach Rafeal Alejarra was chosen to be one of Junior dos Santos’s assistant coaches. With three of The Arena’s fighters and coaches making this season of The Ultimate Fighter, as well as fighters like women’s World MMA Champion Cris Santos and husband Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos fighting out of the gym, The Arena is solidiying its position as one of the best MMA gyms in the world.
