20 Minute Bodyweight Workout with 3 Exercises

Coach Jason has another tough Strength and Conditioning workout for you today. It’s only 3 exercises but you have to complete all 3 every minute for 20 minutes.


Coach Jason Salazar:
Hey everybody, Jason here at The Arena. Got another workout for you today. Today we’re going to do another every minute on the minute for 20 straight minutes. This one’s going to be three different exercises you have to complete within that minute. Then you have your rest and then we’ll hit it right in the next minute again for 20 rounds. All right, so when that one minute hits, we got five hand release push-ups. Go all the way down and release those hands. After those five push-ups, we’ll just turn right around and do eight sit-ups all the way down, all the way up. After those eight sit-ups, we’ll get back up. We have 12 squats. Just make sure we get the depth guys. Chest is up. Knees are going out. When you’re done with your 12 squats, we’re going to rest until that next minute hits. Repeat it all over again.

All right guys, just keep in mind if this workout is a little bit too much, maybe the numbers are too high or maybe 20 rounds is too much. We can also cut it down to 15 minutes straight. Cut the numbers down on your push-ups, your sit-ups or squats, whatever one is affecting you a little bit more. Or just do the regular numbers, see if you can get through this. Stay tuned.
