Hey, Jason here from The Arena. Today’s workout is just move the weights any way possible. Farmers walks, overhead lobs. The only reason we’re doing that, we just moved out of our old gym, moving into our new gym. So we just emptied out our old gym, all the dumbbells, kettlebells, plates, barbells, and I got to clean them up to get the new gym ready to go.
So it’s got all the weights inside the new gym. Super excited about it. You start off with our Crossfit rig. We got a big old rig in the back. We’ve got plenty of weightlifting machines for power lifters. We also got this nice long piece of turf in here for running the sleds. So class will be here from now on, so come on in and check it out.
