What up guys? Chris Leben here and we just want to show you guys some drills that you can do at home to keep your MMA game up to speed.

So here’s a drill I’m a big fan of. All you need is a wall. Just working my stand ups on the wall. Post my hand, whizzer, hip ball, knee to the cage, forearm the neck, bring the leg across, drive him up, and I’m going to do like a snatch and drop. Use that elbow to turn him and go back down on the other side. Right here, elbow, hand, whizzer, bump, knee to the cage, forearm in the neck, leg comes across, drive him up, and do my snatch, and I turn. Back down on the other side, come up to my elbow, whizzer, hand, bump, knee to the cage, forearm to the neck, leg comes across, drag him up, do like the snatch, drop down, turn him. Back down on the other side, elbow, hand, whizzer, bump, knee to the cage, forearm in the neck, leg comes across, drive up, drop down, turn him.

So again, all those steps, very important to getting your stand up on the cage. Great drill you can do anywhere you’ve got a wall.
